Ny LEGO Butik i Stockholm - Opening Soon

Hej,

Jag heter Mr Gill och jag är öppna ny LEGO Butik i Stockholm.
Jag kommer från England och Australia också.
Tyvarr, jag pratar lite svenska bara. Men studerar jag svenska på Folkuniversitet nu.
Jag hoppas lite engelska är ok?

Hi, I am Mr Gill and I am opening a new LEGO Butik in Stockholm in March 2015.
I hope this is the right section of the forum to post this information, if not then please forgive me!

I would like to extend an offer of a standard discount to all SweBrick members to use at my store when it is open.
I shall have a shop at Brännkyrkagatan 56, Södermalm, Stockholm and also a webshop at mrgill.se - I think I will be open around the 20th of March! (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WEBSHOP AND STORE ARE NOT OPERATING YET)
I am to stock all current LEGO themes and products (excepting LEGO exclusives) at a competitive price.
I have been collecting LEGO for many years and I am really excited to open this shop and sell my favourite toy.  I want my shop to be a home for LEGO in Stockholm and invite everyone to come and visit - even just for a chat and some kaffe!  My wish is to have lots of LEGO events, maybe even some building competitions or MOC parties.

I will post some more information as well as a discount code when I am closer to opening.

Där på Södermalm är det väl bara vitt och grönt som i Bajens färger som gäller, men det går ju bra att bygga i vitt o grönt 
Låter trevligt med en Legobutik inom rimligt avstånd (från mig iallafall)
Är ju bara att hoppas att det kommer att bli bra och att det kommer att löna sig att driva det, och kanske utöka så småningom.

en oberoende LEGO butik - like a brand store but not owned by LEGO.
No PAB wall - but I will be offering elements, depending on what I can source.  LEGO AB does not supply elements outside its own shops.

I haven't decided on the colours yet! But maybe white and green is a good idea.
The plan is to get very big in a few years!

Sånt kommer man hitta norr om stan säger ryktet, vi ser fram emot rejäla derbyn mellan söder och norr, i sann fotbollsanda Lite legohulliganer med kanske....

Eftersom Lego store håller rek priser så blir det nog bra med båda.
Kan man först åka och handla på PaB väggen för att sen åka upp till söder för att handla set.

Ett tips. Om din lokal tillåter, satsa på barnkalas med legotema. Det tror jag skulle gå hem hos kidsen!

I will most certainly support (bying at) your store some times! It feels better to support a real Lego-entusiast instead of the big toy-companies.

But some deals that can be found in the bigger stores are hard to "hit" (svengelska)

Regarding prices, I actually think I can be quite competitive versus the big stores like BR, Ahlens, Lekmer.  They seem very expensive compared to London or Australia!

Thanks so much to all the Swebrick members who attended the opening on March 21st.  It was a very good day for me and I'm stoked to have my pic on the front page!
So far it has been a great start with lots of people visiting everyday and buying sets and parts which is great.
